Taylor Linens Retail Return Policy

If an item is received damaged or was incorrectly shipped, please contact Taylor Linens immediately.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 days after delivery of the product.

Items must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. They cannot be laundered. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item (s) once received.

Original invoice and return request form must accompany returns.

All sale items are final and no returns will be accepted.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
